  1. This is such a great contest! I have been wanting to try Datelivery for months now, but have been unable to afford it.. Hopefully I win and will be able to try it out!

  2. My husband and I used to go to dinner and a movie weekly. It was a nice tradition that kept things from getting stuck, we just can’t afford it anymore so we have home dates, but they aren’t the same. There’s nothin like getting dressed up to go on a date. 🙂

  3. Tomorrow is my husband’s birthday but I have to wait until Friday for our first Datelivery. Can’t wait!

  4. I’m obsessed with sea creatures! I was taken to an aquarium on a date before. It was the best date I’ve ever had.

  5. I arranged a picnic at a vineyard in Canada. They were having a wedding later in the day & served us 2 meals from the upcoming wedding (we weren’t a part of it, but they had extra food prepared). The food was amazing & we enjoyed a couple of glasses of wine on a picnic blanket all alone, out in their vineyards. It wasn’t something they normally did, but they made it happen & only charged us $15 for everything.

  6. My favorite date night was when my boyfriend took me to a resort. That day we went horseback riding, I got a massage in my room, we went to a comedy show, and then tried roller blading and flailed around the rink like idiots. It was our best date night ever. He proposes to me on that night 12 years ago and next week we are celebrating our tenth anniversary. Wish I had ordered in time for an August box to have a fun and creative date night!

  7. Most novel and creative date night ever? Probably the trip to Vegas that my then-boyfriend (now-husband) put together for my 21st birthday.

  8. My hubs and I look forward to any alone time and date nites add flavor to our life and marriage <3 I love Saturday morning breakfast with my hubby. We jump on the motorcycle EARLY and ride up the Pacific coast to Solvang, Ojai or Santa Barbara. We enjoy breakfast as well as the beautiful ocean views… but mostly "EACH

  9. For Christmas one year I rented out a private movie theater and asked them to show a movie that was meaningful to us. It was an amazing night!

  10. my husband planned a French-themed date night. We enjoyed French food as part of a candlelit dinner, then got some macarons for dessert. He set up a huge screen with a projector on the wall and we watched Amelie. So romantic 🙂

  11. I would have to say my first datelivery box was the most novel idea. I am in a long distance relationship so when we are together, we really just love the quality time that we rarely get together and do not put a big emphasis on creating “date nights”. But the first one was simple, and inexpensive and nothing we ever really thought of. We loved it!

  12. My husband and I had an around the world dinner. We went to different restaurants for appetizers and had japanese, thai, italian and mexican in one night.

  13. Most novel date night I’ve ever had was taking a chocolate making class. It was so much fun to work together and make something delicious!

  14. My boyfriend set up a scavenger hunt at our college coffee shop that led me all over campus 🙂 the last clue led to a wonderful surprise and my boyfriend 🙂

  15. We are totally on the boring date wagon. It’s been years since we’ve gone beyond movie and dinner. This would be perfect to spice things up!

  16. It was hard to think of a novel date night idea that we’ve had. I would have to say it was when the hubby created a nice night in for Valentine’s Day. He put candles along the side of the bathtub and had rose petals in a warm bubble bath.

  17. The greatest date night we have had was the pizza date box we received from Datelivery a few months back! We loved the theme and the trivia.

  18. my husband took me out to eat and the restaurant messed up and took forever to get our food out there which was great we had all that time to just sit and talk and spend time together I am glad there was a mess up.
