My husband and I just recently had our 1st child so we are excited to share our love for this holiday with him and are enjoying starting new traditions and teaching him the real meaning of christmas!

  10. We both work at home so it’s easy. We spend all day and night together. We are lucky that way. However, we rarely get to have intimate dinners alone together as my 11 yr old daughter is with us. We could use a private dinner together.

  11. Holly says:

What do we do to stay connected? We are now empty nesters, so we are making our relationship a priority, and rediscovering what we love about each other.

  12. This is our first Christmas together – we are planning a little celebration just the two of us, with a nice dinner and sharing some personal presents. Then one Christmas festivus (for the rest of us) with my family, and one with his!

  13. Dee Sunday says:

We wrap presents together after the munchkin goes to bed and watch old holiday movies like White Christmas

  14. Lisa says:

Once a week we do something just the two of us. Christmas Shopping, watching a movie, baking whatever just as long as it is just us.

  15. Taylor Allen says:

Me & my fiancé love to watch movies, drive down to the lake & play cards.

We haven’t been on a date in sooo long! We really need this!

I am posting again because I have been checking back every single day and posting the twitter post. I REALLY want to win this! It would mean so much to me!!!

  17. Jeri says:

We relax by ourselves just enjoying good conversation, catching up on events and MOVIES

  18. Carol T says:

It’s tough to stay connected during the holiday season! We try to spend an evening together wrapping presents for our family, recalling fond memories of each person as we wrap his/her present.

  19. Melody says:

We try to stay up a little later/wake up a little earlier so we can “hang out” while the children are sleeping. We love to read books together and watch movies curled up on the couch. Another thing we love to do is cook together!

  20. Susan Heim says:

Fortunately, we both work from home, so it’s a little easier for us to stay connected during the holiday season. We stop into each other’s offices throughout the day as we think of things we need to discuss!

  21. My husband and I try to stay connected by watching Christmas movies and just spending time together. We don’t have any extra money to really enjoy the holiday so we do the best we can with what we do have

  22. aquariann says:

I’ve been a busy elf making ornaments for co-workers this week, so the Ogre has been helping me pick out beads while we watch tv together.

  23. Gina E says:

Still really hoping to win sooooooooo much! Would really REALLY love this!!! :)

  24. Tara C says:

My husband and I try to get out for a meal (even if it’s just the Dollar Menu) alone (without the kids) at least once a week.
